We deliver across the UK mainland. At checkout you can choose free UK delivery or a paid standard option where offered.

Delivery times

• Free UK delivery — typically 3–4 business days once dispatched (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are usually processed on the next working day.

Where we deliver

We currently focus on UK mainland addresses. Some remote areas may take longer. If we cannot deliver to your postcode we will contact you.

Where tracking is available we'll share updates by email. Please ensure your contact details at checkout are correct.

Failed delivery

If a carrier cannot complete delivery, they may leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please follow the carrier instructions or contact us if you need help.
